Work steps:
1. Mount the powder pump at installation location (fastening set order no. 241550,
available as an accessory).
2. Loosen the Allen screw 5 at plug 2 and unscrew it so that the safety clip 6 on plug 2
can be opened.
3. Connect the grounding cable to grounding screw 1.
4. Connect +24 VDC supply voltage and signal lines to upper part of plug in accordance
with conguration plan (see Chapter 13.1).
5. Attach 24 VDC electric cable to the plug 2 and secure with safety clip 6.
WARNING
IP Code of device not guaranteed!
Explosion hazard and damage to the device.
After completing the connection work, the safety clip on the connecting plug must
be secured again with a screw to prevent unintentional opening (ATEX regulation)!
6. Connect the compressed air hose (e.g., order no. 700095, Ø 1/2") to the compressed
air connection 3.
7. Push feed hoses onto the inlet and outlet valve and secure with hose clips
(note installation direction of feed hose).
