8.2.5 CHANGING VALVE AND PUMP HOSES

Work steps:
1. Switch o the system.
2. Switch o the main switch and protect against unauthorized restarting.
3. Lock the compressed air supply and decompress the system.
To facilitate working on the pump, it is advisable to detach the electrical and
pneumatic connections at the control cabinet and place the complete pump on a
workbench.

4. Loosen the hose clips and remove the powder hoses at the top and bottom of the pump.
5. Remove air lines at the top and bottom of the valve blocks.
6. Turn back connections 1 on the lower ange.
