7.5.7 FUNCTION 6 "SET SERVICE INTERVAL"
The service interval display is a useful auxiliary function for trouble-free operation of the
pump.
The factory settings are based on empirical values and are to be considered as non-binding
guide values. In practice, the service life of the wearing parts can deviate up or down, and
depends heavily on the application and the selected recipe. An optimal service interval can
be determined for the individual system by monitoring the actual wear.
This setting refers to the number of pump cycles until a fault signal is shown on the display
(see Chapter 5.3).
We recommend changing the pump and valve hoses when the fault display has appeared
(see Chapter 8.2.5).
After replacing the hoses, the cycle counter must be reset to "zero" (see Chapter 7.6).

Work steps:
1. Set DIP switch to function 6 (see Chapter 7.5.1).
The display changes from the actual display to the set display.
2. Set desired value with the A+/A- buttons.
3. The new set value is displayed after exiting the function.
