The charging body is secured in place in the gun extension with 3 centring pins. Over time,
the centring pins wear and in this case, must be exchanged for new centring pins. The
amount of wear can be determined by a visual check or when the charging body exhibits
an amount of play in the gun extension.
Procedure:
1. Withdraw defl ector cone 1 or fan spray nozzle 2 and atomizer sleeve 3 from the gun
extension 4.
2. Unscrew the defl ector cone sleeve 5 from the gun extension 4.
3. Pull out the worn centring pins 6 and insert new ones.
4. Center the charging body in the outer tube using centring pins 6.
5. Screw the defl ector cone sleeve 5 back onto the gun extension 4.
6. Depending on the planned usage, either locate defl ector cone 1 or atomizer sleeve 3
and fan spray nozzle 2 carefully on the gun extension 4.
7. The spray gun is ready for use again.
