6.5 PRESSURE RELIEF PROCEDURE
WARNING
High-pressure spray jet!
Danger to life from injecting paint or solvent
Never reach into the spray jet.
Never point the spray gun at peole.
Consult a doctor immediately in the event of skin injuries caused
by paint or solvent.Inform the doctor about the paint or solvent
used.
Never seal defective high-pressure parts, instead relieve the
pressure from them and replace.
Wear the appropriate protective clothing, gloves, eyewear, and
respirator.

The pressure must always be relieved
- when the spraying tasks are fi nished
- before servicing the system
- before carrying out cleaning tasks on the system
- before moving the system to another location
- if something needs to be checked on the system
- if the nozzle is removed from the gun.
Please read the general safety instructions in chapter 2.
Procedure:
1. Secure the gun.
2. Press „Stop“ on the
TwinControl control unit.
3. Close air valves on
the pumps for A-, B-
component and solvent.
