The power adapter could be plugged into an electric outlet controlled by a light switch; use an uninterrupted outlet instead. A tripped breaker switch or GFI could also be the cause; reset them. A power outage might have occurred, so reset the time of day. If the PC board has a battery backup, the battery may be depleted. Lastly, the PC board itself could be defective, requiring replacement.

Improper program settings could be the cause, so check the refill setting. The injector might be plugged; remove and replace it. Ensure the drive cap assembly is properly tightened. A damaged seal/stack assembly/piston could also lead to this issue, requiring replacement. Check the drain line for restrictions or kinks, and clear or unkink it. If the backwash flow controller is plugged, remove and replace it if necessary. Lastly, ensure the refill flow controller is installed.

  If the control valve on your Water Right Water Dispenser is not drawing in regenerant, several issues could be the cause. The injector might be plugged; remove and replace it. A faulty regenerant piston could also be the problem, so replace it. Check the regenerant line for any air leaks. A restricted drain line could be causing excess back pressure; inspect and correct any restrictions. Ensure the drain line isn't too long or high; shorten it if necessary. Finally, low water pressure could be the issue; ensure it remains at a minimum of 25 psi.

First, check if the bypass valve is in the bypass position and turn the bypass handles to place it in the service position. Ensure the meter is correctly connected to the meter connection on the PC board. A restricted or stalled meter turbine can also cause this issue; remove the meter and check for rotation or foreign material. Incorrect programming could be the problem, so review the settings for errors. Also, verify that the meter wire is securely installed into the three-pin connector labeled METER. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the meter or the PC board might be defective and need replacement.
