This document is a Master Programming Manual for Water-Right Impression, Impression Plus, and Impression Twin Models, effective January 2018. It details the operation, programming, and maintenance of these water treatment systems.
General Operation
The device features a control panel with buttons: CLOCK, REGEN, NEXT, +, and -. Pressing NEXT toggles through five main displays:
- Time of Day: Shows current time (e.g., 8:20 PM MON). This is the default screen after a reset.
- Flow Rate: Displays the current water flow rate in GPM (e.g., 8.0 GPM). This indicates the amount of water flowing through and being treated by the unit. The "GPM" and flow rate flash when the turbine is rotating.
- Capacity Remaining: Shows the unit's remaining capacity in gallons (e.g., 1600 GAL). This screen is not displayed if the unit's capacity is set to OFF. The unit may run into negative capacities and regenerate two nights in a row if it overruns its capacity by a selected percentage.
- Days to a Regen: Indicates the number of days remaining until the next regeneration (e.g., 3 days). This screen is not displayed if the unit's day override is set to off. "REGEN TODAY" will alternate with the current screen header if a regeneration is expected tonight.
- Dealer Name/Phone Number: Displays a scrolling dealer name and phone number (e.g., 555-555-5555 DEALER NA). This screen flashes alternately with any of the other chosen displays if set.
To initiate a regeneration to occur tonight, press REGEN from any general operation screen.
- Unlock Valve Settings: To change manufacturer's settings, press –, NEXT, +, CLOCK in sequence. To lock settings, repeat the same sequence.
- Clear Error on Screen: Press and hold NEXT and REGEN for three seconds.
