Why Water Right Impression Plus Water Dispenser control valve fails to draw in regenerant?
    • A
      Alan MorrisSep 15, 2025
If the Water Right Water Dispenser control valve fails to draw in regenerant, the injector may be plugged and needs replacement. Other potential causes include a faulty regenerant piston (which would also need replacement), a leak in the regenerant line connection (inspect for air leaks), a restricted drain line causing excess back pressure (inspect and remove any restrictions), a drain line that is too long or too high (shorten the length and/or height), or low water pressure (ensure it remains at a minimum of 25 psi).

Why does my Water Right Water Dispenser regenerate at the wrong time?
    • C
      Christopher GrantAug 26, 2025
If your Water Right Water Dispenser control valve is regenerating at the wrong time, here's what could be happening: * **Power Outage:** Reset the time of day. If your PC board has a battery backup, the battery may be depleted. See the front cover and drive assembly drawing for instructions. * **Incorrect Time of Day Setting:** Reset the time of day to the correct time. * **Incorrect Regeneration Time Setting:** Reset the regeneration time. * **Control Valve Set to Immediate Regeneration:** Check the programming setting and reset to NORMAL for a delayed regeneration time. * **Control Valve Set to Both Delayed and Immediate Regeneration:** Check the programming setting and reset to NORMAL for a delayed regeneration time.

Why is there excessive water in my Water Right Water Dispenser's regenerant tank?
    • D
      davidburkeAug 27, 2025
If there's too much water in the regenerant tank of your Water Right Water Dispenser, here are possible causes: * Improper program settings: Check the refill setting. * Plugged injector: Remove and clean or replace the injector. * Drive cap assembly not tightened properly: Retighten the drive cap assembly. * Damaged seal/stack assembly: Replace the seal/stack assembly. * Restricted or kinked drain line: Check the drain line for restrictions or kinks and correct them. * Plugged backwash flow controller: Remove and clean or replace the backwash flow controller. * Missing refill flow controller: Replace the refill flow controller.

Why Water Right Impression Plus PC board doesn't display correct time?
    • K
      Kenneth MillerSep 16, 2025
If your Water Right Water Dispenser PC board does not display the correct time of day, it could be because the power adapter is plugged into an electric outlet controlled by a light switch; use an uninterrupted outlet instead. A tripped breaker switch or GFI could also be the cause; reset them. In case of a power outage, reset the time of day. If the PC board has a battery backup, the battery may be depleted. Finally, a defective PC board may be the reason, in which case, replace it.

    • P
      Patrick TrevinoSep 23, 2025
If your Water Right Water Dispenser displays Err – 204, a leak detected error, which is viewable in history screens, and it occurs when the dP input is active for 'ALARM' and the input is closed, check for a low flow leak. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power supply from the PC Board for 5 seconds and then reconnect to clear the error.

Why does my Water Right Impression Plus use too much regenerant?
    • H
      heatherhubbardSep 9, 2025
If your Water Right Water Dispenser's control valve is using too much regenerant, consider the following potential causes. The refill setting may be improper; check and adjust it. Incorrect program settings can also lead to excessive regenerant use, so ensure they are specific to your water quality and application needs. Additionally, frequent regeneration of the control valve could be the issue; check for leaking fixtures or if the system is undersized.

Why does the Water Right Water Dispenser PC board display the wrong time?
    • A
      Alexis JonesSep 9, 2025
If the PC board on your Water Right Water Dispenser isn't displaying the correct time of day, there might be a few reasons. The power adapter could be plugged into an electric outlet controlled by a light switch; use an uninterrupted outlet instead. A tripped breaker switch or GFI could also be the cause; reset them. A power outage might have occurred, so reset the time of day. If the PC board has a battery backup, the battery may be depleted. Lastly, the PC board itself could be defective, requiring replacement.

How to fix Err – 202 error on Water Right Water Dispenser?
    • R
      Robert DavisSep 23, 2025
If your Water Right Water Dispenser displays Err – 202 error, which is only viewable in history screens, it could be due to a short power disruption. Why won't my Water Right Impression Plus Water Dispenser draw in regenerant?
    • R
      Regina GutierrezAug 31, 2025
If the control valve on your Water Right Water Dispenser isn't drawing in regenerant, consider the following: * The injector might be plugged: Remove and clean or replace the injector. * The regenerant piston could be faulty: Replace the regenerant piston. * There might be a leak in the regenerant line connection: Inspect the regenerant line for air leaks. * The drain line might be restricted, causing excess back pressure: Inspect the drain line and clean to correct the restriction. * The drain line might be too long or too high: Shorten the length or height. * The water pressure might be low: Check the incoming water pressure, which must remain at a minimum of 25 psi.

What does error E4 mean on my Water Right Impression Plus?
    • M
      Melissa JacksonSep 3, 2025
If you're seeing error E4, Err – 1004, or Err – 104 on your Water Right Water Dispenser, it means the control valve motor ran too long trying to reach the home position. Make sure the drive bracket is properly snapped in so that the reduction gears and drive gear interface correctly. Then, press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize software with piston position or disconnect power supply from PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect.
