Why Water Right Sanitizer Plus Water Dispenser PC board doesn't display correct time?

  If your Water Right Water Dispenser PC board does not display the correct time of day, it could be because the power adapter is plugged into an electric outlet controlled by a light switch; use an uninterrupted outlet instead. A tripped breaker switch or GFI could also be the cause; reset them. In case of a power outage, reset the time of day. If the PC board has a battery backup, the battery may be depleted. Finally, a defective PC board may be the reason, in which case, replace it.

  If the time of day is flashing on and off on your Water Right Water Dispenser, it is due to a power outage. Reset the time of day. If the PC board has battery back up present the battery may be depleted. See front cover and drive assembly drawing for instructions.

Why is Water Right Water Dispenser water running to drain?

  If your Water Right Water Dispenser is constantly running water to the drain, it could be due to a power outage during regeneration; the control will finish the remaining regeneration time upon power restoration. Reset the time of day. If the PC board has battery back up present the battery may be depleted. See front cover and drive assembly drawing for instructions. Alternatively, a damaged seal/stack assembly or piston assembly failure may be the cause, requiring replacement. Also, ensure the drive cap assembly is properly tightened.

  If the Water Right Water Dispenser control valve does not regenerate automatically when the correct button(s) is pressed and held, it could be due to a broken drive gear or drive cap assembly, which would need replacement. A broken piston rod could also be the cause, also requiring replacement. Additionally, the PC board might be defective. Ensure the cover is correctly installed.

How to fix E3 error on Water Right Sanitizer Plus?

  If your Water Right Water Dispenser displays error E3, Err – 1003, or Err – 103, indicating the control valve motor ran too long and was unable to find the next cycle position, ensure the drive bracket is properly snapped in so that the reduction gears and drive gear interface correctly. Then, press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power supply from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect.

  If your Water Right Water Dispenser displays error E4, Err – 1004, or Err – 104, indicating the control valve motor ran too long and timed out trying to reach the home position, make sure the drive bracket is properly snapped in so that the reduction gears and drive gear interface correctly. Then, press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power supply from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect. Check that the piston is connected to the drive cap; connect or replace it if damaged.
