The ACQUITY UPLC I-Class core system includes a binary solvent manager,
a sample manager (flow-through-needle or fixed loop), a column heater
(CH-A), detectors (tunable ultraviolet, photodiode array, eλ photodiode array,
or mass spectrometry), and an ACQUITY UPLC column.
Waters Empower™ chromatography data software, MassLynx™ mass
spectrometry software, standalone ACQUITY UPLC Console software, or
Analyst
®
software controls the system.
