Troubleshooting Chart
Problem Cause Correction
Cabinet not running Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
Power cord unplugged. Plug in power cord.
Main power switch turned off. Turn main power switch on.
Display has cross hatch in heating
zone/disabling timer
Heating pad connector is loose. Replace heater pad.
Heating pad has failed. Replace heater pad.
Heating pad I/O circuit board is defective. Replace I/O board.
RTD wire connections are defective. Replace heater pad.
Shorted RTD wire to chassis. Replace heater pad.
Open RTD wire. Replace heater pad.
