9. Troubleshooting
Behavior of
the device

The device
does not turn
on. Neither
the display or
the tail light*
illuminates.

N/A The battery is out of charge. Charge the battery.
The battery is not fully inserted into
the battery compartment on the
rear drive base.
Insert the battery all the way in.
Remove the battery, then attach the
battery again after 10 seconds.
There are foreign substances in
the connectors between the seat
assembly and the rear drive base.
Check and remove any foreign
substances around the connector pins.
The connectors may not function when
they are dirty, and the device may not
turn on.
Behavior of the
device
Cause Resolution
The arm release lever
cannot be returned or
is difficult to move.
There are foreign substances such as
dust in the root part of the arm and the
arm release lever cannot be moved.
Inspect the root part of the arm and clean
with a brush or air duster.
• Numerical error codes are displayed with a red vertical line.
• If an unlisted error is displayed or the issue persists even though a problem was
handled in line with troubleshooting, contact your distributor or customer support.
