4. Operating procedures
4.2.2. Accessing the seat from the side
When getting in the device from your chair, we recommend doing so as shown below.
1.
Ensure that the power is turned off.

Raise the arm.
Pull the arm release lever forward.
The arm is unlocked.

Rotate the arm back.

Sit in the seat.
• Do not let your hands touch the control pad.
• As the back support can be folded forward, do not
pull it toward you or apply force to it in the forward
direction.
There is a risk that the back support may tilt
forward, causing an accident.
