Remove the seat assembly.
For the removal procedure, refer to “5.4.2. Removing
the seat assembly” on page 85.

Remove the seat post bolt with the specified tool.

Move the seat post up or down and align it with the
hole that you want to adjust it to.
The seat height can be adjusted in 5 stages.
When adjusting, do not forcefully pull the seat post.

Insert the bolt that was removed in Step 3 into the hole
at the desired height and tighten it securely with the
specified tool.
If a bolt is loose, tighten it.
Tool: hex wrench (or hex torque wrench) #8
Tightening torque: 25 Nm
