⇒ For frequent occurrence of air cushions: Locate
and prevent air intake, if required install ventilation
systems at specified locations.

⇒ Open all gate valves fully on the pressure side.
⇒ Check impeller type, if necessary use a different
impeller type. Contact customer service.
7. Signs of wear on the hydraulics.
⇒ Check components (impeller, suction port, pump
housing) and have them replaced by customer ser-
vice.
8. Pipe system on the pressure side or pressure hose
clogged.
⇒ Eliminate clogging and if necessary replace dam-
aged components.
9. Highly gaseous fluid.
⇒ Contact customer service.
10.Only two phases present on the connection.
⇒ Have the connection checked and trimmed by a
qualified electrician.
11.Excessive decrease in fluid level during operation.
⇒ Check supply/capacity of the system.
⇒ Check switching point of the level control device
and adjust if necessary.
Fault: The pump does not run smoothly and is noisy
1. Impermissible duty point.
⇒ Check pump design and duty point, contact cus-
tomer service.
2. Hydraulics clogged.
⇒ Clean hydraulics.
3. Highly gaseous fluid.
⇒ Contact customer service.
4. Only two phases present on the connection.
⇒ Have the connection checked and trimmed by a
qualified electrician.
5. Incorrect direction of rotation.
⇒ Have the connection trimmed by a qualified elec-
trician.
6. Signs of wear on the hydraulics.
⇒ Check components (impeller, suction port, pump
housing) and have them replaced by customer ser-
vice.
7. Motor bearing is worn.
⇒ Inform customer service; pump back to factory for
overhaul.
8. Pump is installed under tension.
⇒ Check installation, if necessary install rubber com-
pensators.

12.1 Oils and lubricants
Operating fluid must be collected in suitable tanks and
disposed of in accordance with the locally applicable
guidelines.
12.2 Protective clothing
Used protective clothing must be disposed of in accor-
dance with the locally applicable guidelines.
12.3 Information on the collection of used electrical and
electronic products
Proper disposal and appropriate recycling of this prod-
uct prevents damage to the environment and dangers
to your personal health.
