Wolf CSO24TE/S - Tank Base, Control Board Procedures

3 Remove the tank housing base from the unit.
TANK HOUSING BASE INSTALLATION
After installing the tank housing base, install:

Tank housing cover
2 Valve assembly
3 Top plate
4 Unit
5 Water tank
Install the Tank Housing Base
1 Insert the tank housing base into the control panel.
2 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the tank
housing base.
CONTROL BOARD REMOVAL
To remove the control board, first remove:
1
Water tank
2 Unit
3 Top plate
Remove the Control Board
1 Open the lock(s) on the ribbon cable connectors, and
remove the ribbon cable(s) from the control board.
2 Disconnect the wire connectors from the control board.
3 Open the tabs on the control board bracket along the top of
the control board.
4 Remove the control board from the unit.
CONTROL BOARD INSTALLATION
After installing the control board, install:
1
Top plate
2 Unit
3 Water tank
Install the Control Board
1 Place the bottom of the control board into the control board
bracket supports.
2 Push the top of the control board into the control board
bracket.
