Using GW 4/Profibus-DP, a second unit of GW 4 can connected to communicate up to 14 GCP30.
Function
With this application, it is possible to communicate with the GCP(s) via the Profibus DP interface. The GW 4
works as slave here.
The bi-directional communication allows the following functions:
• Visualization of the process
• Remote control (start and stop, transferring the set values for real power and generator power factor)

• GCP with CAN connection (X1/X5)
• GW 4B/Profibus+DPSLAVE
• Automation device
