• Jumper between terminals 8 and 9 yes
• Initial state frequency 50%
• f controller: minimum value 20%
• f controller: maximum value 60%
Controller output:

• f controller: maximum value 60% from 0 to 10V = 6V
• Initial state frequency 50% from 2V to 6V = 4V
