REP 1.24 Feed Idler Gear
Parts List on PL 4.6
Removal
1. Switch Off the Printer and disconnect the Power Cord.
2. Remove the Left Side Cover (REP 1.2).
3. Remove the Feed Clutch and Drive Gear (Figure 1):
a. Remove the E-ring and Washer from the Feeder Clutch.
b. Remove the Feeder Clutch and Drive Gear.

4. Remove the Snap Ring and Idler Gear (Figure 2).

Replacement
Install the components in the reverse of removal.
