Clearing Paper Jams from Tray 2
Note
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must removing any remaining
paper from the paper path.
1. Open Tray 2, and slide it completely out and away from the printer.
2. Remove any crumpled paper from the tray and any remaining paper jammed in the
printer.
• If the paper does not move when you pull it or if you do not see the paper in this
area, stop and go to the Step 3.
• If the paper is removed, go to Step 4.
3. Perform the following steps to locate the jam.
