Clearing Paper Jams from Inside the Front Cover
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the
paper path.
1. To access jammed paper inside the printer, open the front cover.
2. Remove any crumpled paper.
• If the paper does not move when you pull it or if you do not see the paper in this
area, stop and go to the Step 3.
• If the paper is removed, go to Step 6.
