7. If prompted, follow the instructions on the control panel display to continue printing.
Clearing Paper Jams from the Duplex Unit
Note
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the
paper path.
1. To access paper jams in the duplex area, perform the following:
a) Remove the tray 1 rear cover.
b) Remove the duplex unit from the printer.
2. Gently remove any paper from the duplex area.
