If the paper does not come out with the duplex unit, go to the next step.
3. Insert the duplex unit back into the printer, aligning the edges of the unit with the
feed grooves on the inside of the printer.
a) Ensure that the duplex unit is fully pushed in.
b) Replace the tray 1 rear cover.
4. If prompted, follow the instructions on the control panel display to continue printing.
