Creating Fax Comments
1. On the control panel, press the MMaacchhiinnee SSttaattuuss button.
2. On the touch screen, touch the TToooollss tab.
3. Touch SSeettuupp, then touch AAdddd FFaaxx CCoommmmeenntt.
4. On the next screen, touch an available comment in the scroll list.
5. On the touch screen keyboard, enter up to an 18–character comment, then touch SSaavvee.
6. Touch CClloossee. The comment is ready to use.
