SUPPLIES TAB
The Supplies tab provides status information about the customer-replaceable units (CRUs) that are used in the
printer.
To access supplies information, at the control panel, press the DDeevviiccee SSttaattuuss button, then select the SSuupppplliieess tab.
Each customer-replaceable unit and the status is shown.
BILLING INFORMATION TAB
Accessing Billing Information
1. At the control panel, press the MMaacchhiinnee SSttaattuuss button.
2. Select the BBiilllliinngg IInnffoorrmmaattiioonn tab.
Billing Meters and Usage Counters
The Billing Information feature shows the total number of prints and copies made by the printer and allows users to
view specific billing meter and usage counter information.
The main Billing Information screen shows the following information:
• The device serial number
• Black Impressions: The total number of monochrome prints and copies made on the printer.
• Total Impressions: The total number of prints and copies made on the printer.
• Black Large Impressions: The total number of large monochrome prints and copies made on the printer.
• The UUssaaggee CCoouunntteerrss button
Usage Counters
To view usage counters, on the Billing Information tab, touch UUssaaggee CCoouunntteerrss.
To select a counter type, from the list, select an option:
• IImmpprreessssiioonn CCoouunntteerrss
• SShheeeett CCoouunntteerrss
• IImmaaggee SSeenntt CCoouunntteerrss
• AAllll UUssaaggee CCoouunntteerrss
IImmpprreessssiioonn CCoouunntteerrss
This option displays the total number of impressions. An impression is the image on one side of one sheet of
media. This counter shows the total impression amount for copied, printed, and large impressions.
• Black Copied Impressions: This number represents the total number of impressions for all monochrome
copied or scanned jobs.
• Black Printed Impressions: This number represents the total number of impressions for all monochrome
network print jobs. Network print jobs are the jobs sent from a computer to the printer.
