To resolve the error displayed on the control panel, clear all paper from the paper path.
1. At the back of the printer, locate the Mailbox jam-access door. Open the door, then remove any
jammed paper.
2. Close the jam-access door. To clear any remaining errors, follow the instructions on the control
panel.

Probable Causes Solutions
The paper tray is too full. Remove some of the paper. Do not load paper past
MAX fill line.
The edges of the paper are not even. Remove the paper, align the edges, and then reload
it.
The paper is moist from humidity. Remove the paper from the tray. Load new, dry paper
parer into the tray..
Too much static electricity is present. Load a new ream of paper.
Using unsupported paper. Use only Xerox
®
-approved paper. For more

The feed rollers are dirty. With a clean, lint-free cloth moistened with water,
wipe the feed rollers until they are clean. For more
