Subject Use the Subject option to add a title or
heading.
•
From Use the From option to specify the originator
of the email.
•
Reply To Use the Reply To option to include an email
address you want the recipient to reply to. This
option is useful if you want the recipient to
reply to your email address rather than to the
device.
Note: The system administrator can
preset this option.
•
Message Use Message to enter information to
accompany the email.
•
File Format Use the File Format option to specify the
format of the saved image or to define a
searchable image. You can add a password to
protect the image or choose to combine
multiple images into a single file.
Note: The Scan To app allows
customization of file format, although it
cannot be disabled through the
Customization menu.
•
File Already Exists Use the File Already Exists option to define
what action the device takes when the file
name is used already.
