REP 4.5 Separator O-Ring Replacement
Replace the Separator Assembly O-rings when they show wear.
1. Turn the power switch to the Off position and remove the power cord from the power source.
2. Remove the separator assembly from the Feeder.
3. Remove two screws to disassemble the indexer bracket from the separator assembly, exposing the
O-rings.
4. Slide the O-rings off of the spool.
5. Replace with new O-rings.
6. Reinstall the separator assembly.
