Use the Admin Menu to access the configuration settings of the printer.
Fax Book
Use this menu to create, edit, and delete speed dial and group dial numbers.
Note: Available on WorkCentre 3045NI Multifunction Printer only.
Item Description
Speed Dial Create, edit, and delete speed dial address book entries.
Group Dial Create, edit, and delete speed dial group entries.
Network
Use this menu to configure printer settings for jobs sent to the printer through a network port.
Notes:
• Available on WorkCentre 3045NI Multifunction Printer only.
• You cannot select this setting during printing.
• To activate menu setting changes, restart the printer. After changing settings, turn Off the
printer, then turn it On again.
Wired Network Setup
This menu provides the selections for setting up the printer for wired Ethernet network connections.
