4. Remove the upper and lower jammed paper.
Notes:
• If a finisher is installed, the output tray shown in the illustration will not be present.
• Paper may adhere to the inside of the cover and under the transport.
• If the paper is torn, remove all torn pieces from the printer.
5. Close the bottom right cover.
Note: If a finisher is installed, the output tray shown in the illustration will not be present.
6. If a finisher is installed, push green handle 1a to the left until it locks, then close the finisher door.
