Paper Jams at 5 in the Finisher
1. Open finisher exit cover 5 (right side of the finisher above the output tray), by lifting upward at
green label 5.
2. Remove the jammed paper by pulling it in the direction shown.
3. Return finisher exit cover 5 to its original position.
Paper Jams at 4a in the Booklet Maker
1. Open the finisher door.
2. Using the green handle, pull out unit 4 until it stops.
