1. In the print dialog box, click Copies & Pages, then Xerox Features.
2. Click the Job Type menu, click Fax.
3. In the Fax dialog box, enter the recipient information
4. If desired, click Cover Sheet, then enter the cover sheet data.
5. If desired, click Options, then select the desired fax options.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Print to send the fax.
