If you would like to include inactive accounts to be loaded in the HHD to be read, click the
box in front of Include Inactive Accounts to select this option.
Next you must select the Service Type(s) to be imported by clicking the listed type in the
Service Type box. Even if there is only one type, for example W for water, click the line for
W to select it.
