A-2. FX Circuit Board
(Time required: About 7 minutes)
A-2-1
Remove the side pad assembly L and R. (See Procedure 1)
A-2-2 Fix the control panel L assembly. (See procedure 2)
A-2-3 Remove the four (4) screws marked [800B]. The FX
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)
A-3. DCS Circuit Board
(Time required: About 8 minutes)
A-3-1 Remove the side pad assembly L and R. (See Procedure 1)
A-3-2 Fix the control panel L assembly. (See procedure 2)
A-3-3 Remove the screw marked [410A] and fi ve (5) screws
marked [410B]. The DCS circuit board can then be
removed. (Fig. 5)
* When installing the DCS circuit board, partially
tighten the screw marked [410A] and the screws
marked [410B], then fully tighten the screw marked
[410A] followed by the screws marked [410B]. (Fig. 5)
A-4. HP Circuit Board
(Time required: About 8 minutes)

Remove the side pad assembly L and R. (See Procedure 1)
A-4-2 Fix the control panel L assembly. (See procedure 2)
A-4-3 Remove the knob marked [990]. (Fig. 5)
A-4-4 Remove the hexagonal nut marked [160], screw
marked [170A] and two (2) screws marked [170B].
The HP circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)
* When installing the HP circuit board, first tighten
the hexagonal nut marked [160] and screw marked
[170A] and then tighten the screws marked [170B].

A-5. Power Supply Unit
(Time required: About 8 minutes)

Remove the side pad assembly L and R. (See Procedure 1)
A-5-2 Fix the control panel L assembly. (See procedure 2)
A-5-3 Remove the fi ve (5) screws marked [340]. The power
supply unit can then be removed. (Fig. 5)
* The earth film is not part of the power supply unit.
Install a new earth film when replacing the power
supply unit. (Fig. 5)
A-6. LAMP1, 2 Circuit Board
(Time required: About 7 minute each)
A-6-1 Remove the side pad assembly L and R. (See Procedure 1)
A-6-2 Fix the control panel L assembly. (See procedure 2)
A-6-3 LAMP1 Circuit Board：
A-6-3-1
Remove the two (2) screws marked [230]. The
LAMP1 circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)
A-6-4 LAMP2 Circuit Board：

Remove the two (2) screws marked [250]. The
LAMP2 circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5)

A-2-3 [800B] のネジ 4 本を外して、FX シートを外しま

A-3-1 サイドパッド Ass'yL,R を外します。（1 項参照）
A-3-2 コンパネ LAss'y を固定します。（2 項参照）
A-3-3 [410A] のネジ 1 本と [410B] のネジ 5 本を外して、
DCS シートを外します。（図 5）
 ※ DCS シートを取り付ける際は、[410A] のネジと [410B]
のネジで仮締めをした後、[410A] のネジを本締めして
から [410B] のネジを本締めしてください。（図 5）
A-4. HP シート
（所要時間：約 8 分）
A-4-1 サイドパッド Ass'yL,R を外します。（1 項参照）
A-4-2 コンパネ LAss'y を固定します。（2 項参照）
A-4-3 [990] のノブ 1 個を外します。（図 5）
A-4-4 [160] の特殊六角ナット 1 個と [170A] のネジ 1 本
と [170B] のネジ 2 本を外して、HP シートを外
します。（図 5）
 ※ HP シートを取り付ける際は、[160] の特殊六角ナット
と [170A] のネジを締めてから [170B] のネジを締めて
ください。（図 5）
A-5. 電源ユニット
（所要時間：約 8 分）
A-5-1 サイドパッド Ass'yL,R を外します。（1 項参照）
A-5-2 コンパネ LAss'y を固定します。（2 項参照）
A-5-3 [340] のネジ 5 本を外して、電源ユニットを外し
ます。（図 5）
 ※ アースフィルムは、電源ユニットの構成部品ではあり
ません。電源ユニットを交換する際には、新しいアー
スフィルムを取り付けてください。（図 5）
A-6. LAMP1,2 シート
（所要時間：各約 7 分）
A-6-1 サイドパッド Ass'yL,R を外します。（1 項参照）
A-6-2 コンパネ LAss'y を固定します。（2 項参照）
A-6-3 LAMP1 シート：
A-6-3-1[230] のネジ 2 本を外して、LAMP1 シートを外
します。（図 5）
A-6-4 LAMP2 シート：
A-6-4-1[250] のネジ 2 本を外して、LAMP2 シートを外
します。（図 5）
