Multi-channel Transmit
In addition to an overall transmit channel specified by the “TRANSMIT” chan-
nel job described on page 72, the “VOICE TRANSMIT CHANNEL job (page
72) allows different MIDI transmit channels to be assigned to the 96 internal
and 32 internal/card voices. This means that up to 16 different RY30 voice or
groups of voices can control separate external MIDI tone generators or other
devices on the corresponding channels.
