BOGIE
WHEELS
3-5-1
Each set
of
bogie wheels
is
bolted
to
ears welded
to
th
e
bottom
of
the
chassis. Removal
of
these
tw
o
bolts
will
alloy
the
bogie
wheel assembly
to
be taken
out
of
th
e
chassis.
The
bolts
are secured
by
lock
washers.

The
individual
bog ie wheels are rivetted together and
cannot
be
disassembled;
the
bearings are
se
aled a
nd
not to
require
lubrication.
If
the
unit
is
di
sassembled all
the
metal
to
metal surfa
ces
should be greased.
Precautionary Note:
If
the
snowmobile
is
i
mmobile
or
stored for more than
a
week,
the
rear
of
the machine should be rais
ed
and
placed
on
blocks. Th is
wit
I prevent the rubber bog

from
flattening
under
the

of

machine.
