  Pairing issues can arise if the other component doesn't support A2DP. Ensure the other device supports A2DP. If a Bluetooth adapter is being used, it should have a password of “0000”. Also, the devices might be too far apart, so move them closer. Interference from devices emitting 2.4 GHz signals, like microwave ovens or wireless LANs, can also cause problems; move the unit away from such devices.
