Parameters F5-01 and F5-02 set the digital output function number for channel 1 and 2, respectively when DO-02 or DO-08
digital output option board is used.
Parameters F5-03 to F5-08 set the digital output function number for channels 3 to 8 when DO-08 digital output option board
is used.
