Upgrading VCC20 Camera Firmware
Camera firmware is included in the system firmware. The VCC20 camera will upgrade
automatically in one the following situations:
The VCC20 camera has been connected to the VC120 Codec. When you upgrade the
VC120 video conferencing system, the VCC20 camera will upgrade automatically.
After you upgrade the VC120 video conferencing system, and then you connect the VCC20
camera to the VC120 Codec with the supplied DVI cable. The VCC20 will detect the new
firmware, and upgrade automatically.
When the VCC20 is updating, the display device prompts “The camera is updating, do not plug
out the camera, please waiting...”

Importing/Exporting Configuration
We may need you to provide the system configurations for the Yealink field application
engineers to help analyze problems. You can import configurations to your system to configure
your system quickly. The file format of configuration file must be *.bin.
To export the system configurations via web user interface:
1. Click on Setting->Configuration.
2. Check or uncheck the Export Passwords checkbox according to actual demand.
3. Click Export.
Caution! Don’t remove the Ethernet cable and power cord during the upgrade process.
Don’t close or refresh the web page when upgrading the firmware via web user interface.
If you connect two VCC20 cameras to the VC120 Codec using the VC Dual-camera Box
VCB20 (You should purchase it separately if necessary), the firmware of Camera 1 will be
upgraded automatically by default. Only when you change video input resource to Camera
2, will the Camera 2 be upgraded.
