      If the far-site displays a black screen when the local site starts a presentation, this may be due to the difference between the Signaling Server address and the Media Server address. The actual address is different from the negotiated address, so starting a presentation in this situation will result in the failure of sending packets to the correct address. You can disable the network adaptive feature so that the system will send packets to the negotiated address rather than the actual address.
