Why can't I adjust the camera angle and focus on my Yealink VC120 Conference System?

If you can't adjust the camera angle and focus, make sure you are trying to adjust the camera when the system is idle or during a call, as the camera cannot be adjusted when the system is in the menu screen. Ensure that the batteries in the remote control are working and installed correctly. Aim the remote control at the sensor, ensuring no objects obstruct the sensor on the front of the camera. Check that the LED on the front of the camera flashes green when you use the remote control. Also, ensure you are controlling the local camera and try rebooting the system.
