To check the local call history:
1. Press History when the handset is idle.
2. Press the up or down navigation buttons to highlight the desired list (All Calls,
Outgoing Calls, Missed Calls or Accepted Calls), and then press OK.
3. Press the up or down navigation buttons to highlight an entry, and then select
View. The screen will display the detailed information about the caller.
To mute a call:
Press the Mute button during an active call to mute it. Press the Mute button again
to unmute the call again.
To place a call on hold:
Press Options during a call, and then select Hold. This places the call on hold.
To resume a held call, either press Resume, the speakerphone button or the Call
button.
When the call on the handset is placed on hold, placing the handset in the charger
cradle will not end the call.
Call Parking
The call park feature allows you to put a call on hold at one phone and continue
the conversation from another phone.
To redial a previously dialed number:
1. After answering the call, press Options.
2. Press Transfer, then press OK.
3. Dial *34 plus the seven-digit number of the phone where you want to park
the call.
• If you have four-digit dialing enabled, you must enter the leading number
before the seven-digit number. For example, for 8.555.3312 for a local call.
4. Press the green phone button.
5. Press End.
