Connect the 115 V/60 Hz or 220 V/50 Hz power sup-
ply to the top terminals of the 2-pole-breaker, as shown
in Figure 20. Connect the hot line to terminal H and
the neutral line to terminal N. After connecting the ter-
minals, turn on the breaker only when the evaporator
is filled with water in waterside. The recommended
power supply wiring size is 18-4-AWG.
Before turning on the breaker, make sure
the evaporator is lled with water. Misop-
eration will void warranty and a water box
heater fail, which will lead to the freezing
of the evaporator.
Evaporator heaters used in the unit may
malfunction without alarm. Once the
heater failure is found under subfreezing
condition, stop using the chiller and drain
o water from the evaporator completely
to protect the evaporator from freezing.
