1. The Output end is very straight forward with eight (HDSP-Z16V AD-16A) or four (HDSP-Z16V AD-8A)
pairs of Zapco’s proprietary Gold
RCA Output connectors.
2. The 1A Power Fuse .
3. The processor’s Electrical Connections . Below is the wire harness with the wire colors.

Switched ACC +12V
Turn-on +12V from Head Unit
Ground
Empty
+12V Trigger Output (Amp turn-on)
Main +12V from Battery
Power On/Off and Volume Knob
Long press to turn ON or turn OFF
the HDSP. A quick push puts the sys-
tem in MUTE. Tap again to Un-Mute.
