43) DRIVER 2 KO
Alarm 0XFF5B = 91 Group #3 [S]:
- Cause: This alarm occurs when the low-side MOSFET of the safety output
is not working.
- Remedy: If it is repetitive, replace the controller.
44) SAFETY OUT KO
Alarm 0XFF5B = 91 Group #3 [M]:
- Cause: This alarm occurs when the high-side MOSFET of the safety
output is not working.
- Remedy: If it is repetitive, replace the controller.
45) SP OVER ROTATION
Alarm 0XFFA7 = 233 Group #3 [M,S]:
- Cause: This alarm occurs when the set point from the steering handle
exceeds the limits defined by ZERO SP POT 1, ZERO SP POT2,
NEG SP1 DELTA and POS SP1 DELTA.
- Remedy: Verify the angular span of the steering handle. Verify the
abovementioned parameters (see 9.2.2).
46) SP END ZONE
Alarm 0XFFA8 = 232 Group #4 [M,S]:
- Cause: This warning occurs when the steering handle is at its limiting
position (one way or the other) and so is the steering set point.
- Remedy: If it occurs when the steering handle is close to its limits, no action
is required. Otherwise, repeat the set point acquisition.
47) STOP TRAC WR.
Alarm 0XFFA9 = 230 Group #3 [M,S]:
- Cause: This alarm occurs when the E-steering MuC has detected some
anomaly and has stopped the traction.
- Remedy: Re-cycle the key. If the alarm persists, replace the controller.
48) TFD&SAFE POS KO
Alarm 0XFFAB = 235 Group #3 [M,S]:
- Cause: This alarm occurs when E-steering detects the high-side driver for
safety steer and TFD is not working right.
- Remedy: Check the contacts A4 and A1. Check the TFD device if present. If
the alarm persists, replace the controller.
