NOTE When using CPR Uni-padz, all models of the ZOLL AED 3
defibrillator display the CPR Countdown Timer.
NOTE When using CPR Uni-padz in the Child placement position, the
ECG rhythm will be inverted on the display. While this may be
inconvenient for viewing the ECG, it does not reduce the
performance of the defibrillator’s algorithm or the efficacy of
the delivered energy in any way.
When Emergency Medical Services Arrive
When Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrive, you can provide the
following rescue information:
• Shock delivered count (bottom left of the display screen)
• Elapsed Event time (bottom right of the display screen)
You can transfer the patient event data to a USB flash drive if EMS
personnel request the information. See “Exporting Patient Files” on
page 28 for more information.
