Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems while using the phone, or if it performs 
abnormally, you can refer to the chart below. If your particular 
problem cannot be resolved using the information in the chart, 
contact the dealer where you purchased the phone.

Poor 
reception
The network signal is too weak 
at your current location, for 
example, in a basement or 
near a tall building, because 
wireless transmissions can not 
eectively reach it.
Move to a location where the 
network signal can be properly

handle additional calls).
Avoid using the phone at such

Upgrading the Phone Soware 
There are several ways to upgrade your phone soware:
 1.   Use the online upgrade tool for mobile terminal products.
 2.   Use the one-press upgrade package oered by your mobile 
service provider.
 3.   Use your PC to download an upgrade package to your 
microSDXC card and install it to your phone from the card.
