1. 5 Data protection
During operation the system records and stores personal customer data (call log-
ging). Take the following precautionary measures:
• During configuration, always keep the configuration / planning data contained
on the relevant data carriers under supervision.
• Ensure that only authorized persons have access to the data.
Regulating Access to the System Configuration
To ensure that only authorized persons have access to the system data, consistently
implement the following protective measures:
• Change the passwords at regular intervals and keep them under lock and key
• Regulate remote maintenance access
