Send Message
You can send a message without calling an extension (direct
message) or when you call an extension and receive busy tone or
get no answer.
Direct message
Message Ô Press.
send Press (see display).
z send Dial the extension number and press (see display).
call-back Select message type (see display).
Note: After sending, you can repeat to other extensions.
You can also change the sending extension number, if you
want the message to be sent from someone else (if this
function is allowed). Please ask your system administrator
if you require this function.
Message
ÕÔ Press to finish the procedure.
The message is sent. The Message lamp extinguishes.
