5.3.7.8 Autonomy
An external backup battery can be optionally installed, to protect the cabinet from a power supply
failure and prevent service disruption and the loss of critical data. This 19’’ battery cabinet looks like
the system cabinets and is 2U high.
The capacity required depends on the configuration.
Note: The same battery can be connected in parallel on the three cabinets of an Aastra XL. In this
case, check that the battery withstands the charging current (7A per ADS350XL power unit (AXL)).
For a standard configuration the battery must conform to the following specifications:
